Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has declared the result of the third phase of Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE 3). In this phase, results have been released for a total of 16,989 posts in six subjects for classes 6 to 8 and three subjects for classes 1 to 5. A total of 21,911 candidates have been successful in this examination. Among these, 18,641 candidates from General Education Department, 172 from Scheduled Caste-Tribe Welfare Department, 3,054 from Urdu and 44 from Bengali have been successful.

Result preparation process

The Commission said that the result was prepared after receiving the roster of primary and secondary schools. On Friday, the results of classes 6-8 and classes 1 to 5 for primary schools under the Scheduled Caste-Tribe Welfare Department were released. The Commission claims that the result has been prepared with complete transparency and in a better manner.

Result of other classes still pending

BPSC Chairman Ravi Manubhai Parmar reached the Commission this morning and held a meeting with the officials. According to sources, the result of class 9-12 will not be released at the moment because the roster for TGT and PGT has not been prepared. Because of this, it will take time for the results of these classes to come.

New vacancy chart released

Revised vacancy chart for classes 1-5 and 6-8 for TRE 3 was released. Now there will be recruitment on 84,581 posts, whereas earlier this number was 87,774. There has been an increase in the posts of unreserved category.

conduct of re-examination

The teacher recruitment exam was held from 19-22 July 2024. The original exam was to be held in March, but due to the paper leak incident, it was canceled and re-examination was conducted. The Commission said that the re-examination was conducted peacefully and without any irregularities.
